Site plans for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this new document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
